hey! my name's Miles.

I'm 27 right now, am living in the Bay Area, California. I’m improvising (mostly) in music, Action Theater, and dance. I also act! With scripts (imagine that).

I perform, I teach, I learn, I angst. Trying to figure out how to live happily and connected, while somehow being regulated.

Being outside, swimming, thanking my food. I teach kids sports, circus, and music, and I teach adults Action Theater, vocal improvisation, as well as facilitate longer collaborative musical and movement flows.

I’m drawn by this image, this desire. A group of people collaboratively improvising together. In a studio, it looks like performance art.

Outside of the studio, it looks like people sharing space. They lay on top of each other and propel me through everything I do.
